The challenge
LaraCopilot launched into a crowded developer-tools category with no existing search footprint and no paid budget. The product was strong, but a strong product is invisible without distribution, and as a founder-led team, there was no room to spend months waiting for organic to compound or dollars to buy attention.
The brief was direct: land a credible launch that put the product in front of the right developers, and stand up an SEO engine that would keep working long after launch day, all without ad spend.
The approach
We ran launch and SEO as one motion, not two disconnected projects.
- Positioning first. Before writing a word, we sharpened the messaging around the specific developer problem LaraCopilot solves, so every page and launch asset said the same thing.
- A launch built to place, not just appear. The Product Hunt launch was planned end-to-end (assets, sequencing, and community activation) and earned every bit of attention organically rather than buying it.
- An SEO foundation that compounds. In parallel, we built out the search surface: keyword and intent mapping for the category, content targeting how developers actually search, and the on-page and technical work to make those pages rank and stay ranked.
- Continuous iteration. Messaging, channels, and page performance were reviewed and improved throughout, treating GTM like a product with its own feedback loop.
The results
- #17 of 365 on Product Hunt launch day, a top-20 finish with zero paid spend.
- Scaled to ~140K monthly search impressions within three months.
- Held a ~1.8% sustained CTR, well above category norms for a brand-new site.

Google Search Console: LaraCopilot impressions and CTR over the first three months.
More importantly, the search channel kept producing after launch day instead of spiking and fading, giving LaraCopilot a durable, compounding source of qualified developer traffic.
“Avinash owned GTM and SEO like a product lead. He got us to #17 on Product Hunt (out of 365) with zero spend and scaled to ~140K monthly impressions at ~1.8% CTR in 3 months. He continuously improved messaging, channels, and performance. I'd work with him again without hesitation.”
