LinkedIn Daily Execution System

The goal: become the domain authority in ONE niche. Trust, not reach. Specific posts, real numbers, one good lead magnet a week, and comment-by-comment relationship building.

The One Mandate · read this every morning

Reach is down ~50% for 95% of creators — the top few absorbed all of it. You do NOT win by posting more, more video, more hashtags. You win by becoming THE recognized voice in ONE niche: specific posts, real numbers, one good lead magnet a week, and comment-by-comment relationship building. Chase TRUST, not reach. “Boring basics, repeated forever.”

Opposite of Reddit

On Reddit you mostly comment + rarely post. On LinkedIn you post daily AND the real engine is the GOLDEN HOUR — the first 30–60 min after posting, where your early engagement tells the algorithm to expand or bury you. So timing + being-online-right-after matter as much as the post itself.

Posting time

You're in India, selling to US/UK founders → post to THEIR morning, not yours: US-East + UK overlap = ~6:30–8:30 PM IST. Be online + posting in that window, then stay on for the golden hour. (If your ICP is India-domestic instead, shift to 10 AM–12 PM IST. Pick based on who actually buys.)

Phase 0 · one-time setup

Before day 1, ~30 min

Phase 0 · one-time setup

  • Profile is a landing page, not a resume: headline = who you help + how · banner = your offer · featured = lead magnet

  • Lock your ONE niche in a sentence ("I help [ICP] do [outcome]"). Reject every post idea that drifts off it.

  • Set your audience time zone → lock your daily posting window from it (see above)

  • Build a swipe file: 5–8 peers/creators in your niche to engage with daily (your real "circle" — no pods)

  • Open your ONE lead list (same spreadsheet as every channel): name | source post | fit | hot/warm/cold | DM stage | next step

  • Have ONE lead magnet ready (a free resource/tool) — this is what turns engagement into emails

The daily loop

Plan → Write → Post → Golden Hour → Engage → Nurture · ~90–120 min

Block 15 min

Plan

  • Pick today's PILLAR from the weekly mix (keep it balanced across the week):

    • "I built X" (credibility, ~1x/wk)
    • "I helped X get Y" (DMs, ~1x/wk)
    • Contrarian take (reach, ~1x/wk)
    • Tactical framework/carousel (saves+emails, 1–2x/wk)
    • Vulnerability/journey (trust, ~1x/wk)
  • Write one sentence: the claim/promise today's post delivers. If it's not specific (a name, a number, a date) → sharpen it.

Block 225–30 min

Write

[hook first, body second, CTA last — never the other way]

  • HOOK (first 140–210 chars = the entire hook; that's all that shows before "see more"):

    • one bold claim · specific (real number/name/date) · line 2 crushes the obvious objection to line 1
  • BODY: 1,300–2,500 chars · line break every 8–10 words · 8–14 short paragraphs (1–3 lines each on mobile)

    • pick ONE framework: PAS (→DMs) · Before-After-Bridge (→saves) · Hero's Journey (→comments) · Listicle (→reach)
  • CTA: soft + singular (a question to spark comments, OR "comment X and I'll send the [magnet]"). Give-to-ask = 3:1.

  • AI-tell / never-do scrub:

    • no em-dashes (LinkedIn flags em-dash density as AI) · no "game-changer/leverage/synergy/dive into" ·
    • no link in body · max 3 hashtags · real specifics not vague claims · sounds like a sharp operator, not a guru
Block 330 min

Post + Golden Hour

[THE most important block — be online for all of it]

  • Post inside your audience-morning window. ONE post per day (a 2nd in 24h gets suppressed).

  • If you have a link/magnet: put it in the FIRST COMMENT, never the body (body link = −35% to −48% reach)

  • Stay online the next 30–60 min. Reply to every comment — thoughtfully, fast.

  • DON'T self-reply more than commenters reply to you (that's a reach penalty). DON'T edit the post in the first hour.

  • Reply to comments with a question back → keeps the thread alive → more engagement → more reach.

Block 420–25 min

Engage / Borrowed Reach

[where growth actually comes from early on]

  • Leave 10–15 genuine, substantive comments on your niche peers' + bigger accounts' posts

a real insight (not "great post!") gets seen by THEIR audience = borrowed distribution, free + allowed

  • Engage with your circle's posts daily (real reciprocity, because the content's worth it — never a pod)

  • Comment-first growth beats posting early on: a sharp comment on a 10k-like post can out-reach your own post

Block 515–20 min

Nurture (DMs) + Log

[turn engagement into pipeline]

  • Anyone who engaged warmly / fits your ICP → log them: name | which post | fit | hot/warm/cold | DM stage

  • DM the warm ones. The sequence (one step per DM, NEVER pitch in DM1):

    • DM1 deliver value/ask a question (re: their comment) → DM2 qualify → DM3 soft offer (a 5-min Loom, "no pitch") → DM4 book a call (only if warm)
  • DM rules: lead with a question or value, never the pitch · ONE question per DM · personalization tokens ≠ personalization

  • Stay under ~100 DMs/day (new account) — LinkedIn throttles aggressive senders

Weekly cadence

4–5 posts/week beats 7 diluted — skip weekends (engagement drops 45%+)

DayFormat · pillar
Monskip or light text (buyers in Monday-meeting mode)
Tuecarousel / framework (tactical pillar — high-engagement day, lead-magnet day)
Wedcontrarian take (text+img) (now the #1 day — authority post)
Thucustomer win (text+shot) (trust day — warm DMs flow from these)
Frivulnerability/journey (reflective tone fits Friday; UK/EU-skewed timing)
Sunoptional repost of Tue's framework (LinkedIn's 2–3 wk feed life = evergreen reposts are free reach)

Phase 0 · one-time setup

Friday review (+15 min) — the learning loop.

  • Which hook/format overperformed? → mark it, repeat the pattern in 2–3 weeks

  • Impressions/comments/saves vs your last 5 posts — what's the trend?

  • Replies still owed? DMs due at stage 2/3/4? Clear them.

  • Lead list: how many warm conversations + booked calls this week? ← the real scoreboard

The 90-day arc

Judge at 90 days, not 9

Weeks 1–3

find your voice + niche lane. Post 4–5x/wk, comment 10–15x/day. Reach will be small — that's normal.

Weeks 4–6

patterns emerge — which pillars/hooks land for YOUR audience. Double down. First warm DMs.

Weeks 7–12

recognized in your niche. Comments compounding. Lead magnet pulling emails. DMs → calls → deals.

The comment-borrowed reach + golden-hour discipline compound slowly then sharply. Consistency is the whole game.

Scoreboard

Track these, ignore vanity

Daily scoreboard · track these, ignore vanity

  • 1 post shipped + golden hour worked
  • 10–15 real comments left on others' posts
  • warm conversations started (the real metric)
  • leads logged + DMs advanced a stage

Not a target · raw impressions, follower count, likes. Those follow trust; they don't create it.

The whole day in one line

Plan the angle → write a specific post (hook first) → post to your audience's morning + work the golden hour → leave 10–15 real comments for borrowed reach → log the warm ones + advance DMs one stage. Daily. Judge at 90 days.
