Every channel ships with a suggested cadence, but every day it posts on is yours to pick. Post daily on three channels and monthly on the rest, if that's your plan.
Posted somewhere that wasn't on the schedule for that day? Log it anyway from the “unplanned post” section, so your history stays complete.
No account, no server, no tracking. Your schedule and logs live in local storage on this device and export to a spreadsheet whenever you want a backup.
No. Every schedule, status, and URL you enter is saved only in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to a server or stored in an account. Clearing your browser data, or switching browsers or devices, resets it.
Yes. Every channel ships with a suggested cadence, but it’s only a starting point. Open “Your posting schedule” and pick exactly which days you post on each channel, or turn a channel off entirely if you don’t use it.
Use “Log an unplanned post” below your scheduled channels. It lists every enabled channel that wasn’t on the plan for that specific day, so the post still gets logged and shows up in your export.
Pending means nothing has been logged yet. Done means you posted. Skipped means you deliberately chose not to post that day, tracked separately from simply not having gotten to it. Pasting a post URL automatically marks a Pending channel as Done.
Yes. Use the date picker or the arrow buttons to move to any past date and log or correct entries. Future dates are disabled, since the tracker records what actually happened, not what’s planned.
Exporting downloads a CSV file that opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets, with every logged entry across every date: the date, day of week, channel, category, platform format, status, the URL you attached, and when it was logged. Export your full history or just the selected day.
