  2. PART B

    THE OPERATING SYSTEM

(the 5 frameworks: how you actually win)

Premise: rankings are the receipt for trust and authority, not the prize for effort.

Tactics die with updates. Systems survive, because they target the signals the machine measures.

    B1

    1. Entity Stacking

    (prove WHO you are)

    • Get recognized and trusted: company, founders and execs, products, events, locations
    • 30+ consistent, corroborated mentions from trusted reference domains
    • Source types: social profiles, directories, review sites, citations, local news, press releases
    • Feeds the Knowledge Graph AND AI training/retrieval at once

drives: Off-Page, LLM SEO (Entity Signals), Local

    B2

    2. Reverse Engineering

    (never build blind)

    • Read the live SERP before building any page (VPN, incognito, mobile)
    • AI Overview: present? what it says, which pages it cites, format, stability on refresh
    • SERP features: map pack, People Also Ask, image box, shopping, video, news, sitelinks
    • Who ranks #1, and can you realistically beat them
    • Root authority of the competitor domains
    • Link profile of the individual ranking page (referring domains, age)

drives: Keyword Research, Strategy (Topical Maps), Analytics

    B3

    3. Consensus + Information Gain

(match the answer key, then edge it)

    • Match consensus, roughly 80-90%: page type and format, entity and sub-topic coverage, depth
    • Add information gain, roughly 10-20%:
      • A proprietary stat or data point nobody else has
      • A unique entity (new persona, company, tool)
      • An updated figure everyone else has wrong
      • A table, tool, or comparison the SERP is missing
      • An answer to a clustered question no ranking page addresses
    • Rule: too unique breaks intent-match; too similar gives the machine no reason to promote you

drives: Content, On-Page (Answer-First), LLM SEO (Quotable Content)

    B4

    4. Parasite SEO

(borrow authority, fund from week one)

    • Publish on high-authority domains, paid or built, to rank fast and reinforce rankings
    • Why it works: the algo over-weights root authority and UGC signals above content quality
    • Free (June 2026): Reddit, YouTube, GitHub, Medium, Substack, Notion, Quora, Vocal, PDF hosts, Google Sites/AWS
    • Paid: press releases (Reuters, PRWeb, Yahoo Finance, Access)
    • Reviews (TrustPilot, Yelp): honest customer reviews only, fake reviews are illegal (FTC 2024)
    • Reddit is both the most durable and the most cited

drives: Off-Page, LLM SEO (Citation Sources), Content

    B5

    5. AI Visibility

(the same four, rewired for LLMs)

    • Models cannot verify truth, so they count trusted sources and look for agreement
    • "True" = corroboration: the same claim across multiple sources
    • "Who you are" = co-occurrence: your entity next to your category, consistently
    • Structure chunks for extraction, agree with the synthesized answer, then add the quotable edge
    • Map visibility across models, plug the holes, re-target where it makes sense
    • New rule: results are probabilistic, no position #1; a citation is the model vouching for you

drives: LLM SEO, and layers over all four frameworks above

  3. PART C

    THE CONVERGENCE

(the run order: each step de-risks the next)

    1. 1. Validate and trust the domain and entity with Google and the frontier modelsEntity Stacking
    2. 2. Reverse engineer and topical-map every keyword you want traffic fromReverse Engineering
    3. 3. Build each page to SERP consensus plus small information gainConsensus
    4. 4. Generate capital from hard keywords and reinforce rankings with parasitesParasite SEO
    5. 5. Map AI visibility, plug gaps, re-target, overlap the campaignsAI Visibility

Then stack improvements and expansions as the data compounds:

    Entity work
new pages never enter the SERP as a stranger
    Reverse eng.
you never build the wrong page or pick an unwinnable fight
    Consensus
every page enters pre-matched to what the algo already rewards
    Parasites
revenue from week one funds the rest of the campaign
    AI layer
every asset works across two surfaces, search and models, at once
  4. PART D

    EXECUTION PLAYBOOK

(YOLO SEO: the build order in practice)

    • Discovery (URL fetch, competitor sweep, confirm ICP)
    • Topical Map (Pillars, Clusters, Internal-Link Schema, Journey Mapping, Conversion Pathways)
    • Rewrite Existing Pages (Keep / Rewrite / Merge / Delete)
    • 90-Day Editorial Calendar (low-hanging fruit first)
    • pSEO at Scale (100-200 pages, quality-gated)
    • Free Tools (3-5 linkable assets)
    • Commercial Pages (20-50 money pages)
    • Weekly Optimization Ritual (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
    • Backlink Strategy (Track 1 competitor swap, Track 2 listicle outreach)
